Work Today was interesting

So far understanding that min maxing at my job is a life trend and kind of scary they don’t want to pay for more agents. It seems they are reliant upon the blame game rather than proactive movement. I keep hearing mentions of SOP but nothing is written anywhere. So many people seem to let things fall through the crack and rules only seem to apply to those who aren’t family. Alot of weird shit seems to be going on. I mean I enjoy the workflow and the environment to a point. However I don’t see a future in a  company that doesn’t really train its employees. Either way money is money got to get it.
